When I left the hemp farm in Oregon in March of 2020, we had to rush down to our cabin in Arkansas and check on things. Our 15-acre homestead in the Ozarks had been on the market for over a year.
When we got rid of our monster travel trailer, we swore we’d never get a camp trailer again. But I found a great deal on a pop-up camper I couldn’t resist.
It was Cooper’s second time on skis. It was my first time on a snowboard in ten years. Indy left us in the snow. Good times. Check it out.
Everything was peaceful until midnight. Then it all exploded at once.
We did our best to live in denial. With my jaw out of place it was difficult, but not impossible.
In a dirty, wobbly, smelly, cramped 206 square feet, roaming around from campground to campground having absolutely no idea what lay in store for us in the immediate future.
